01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 1xbed ("we", "us", "the Platform"). 1xbed operates the online gaming platform accessible at https://1xbed.vip and provides sports betting, casino games, arcade games, and related services to eligible players in Bangladesh.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 1xbed employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 1xbed platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

1xbed reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 1xbed. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances or pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 1xbed will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify 1xbed immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

1xbed supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal is ৳500,000.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

1xbed offers a 200% welcome bonus on your first deposit, along with ongoing promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• The 200% welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only. Minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500.
• Bonus funds carry a 20x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, or the bonus will expire.
• Bonus funds can be used across all games on 1xbed unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• 1xbed reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 1xbed are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet before confirming. 1xbed will not reverse or amend bets placed in error by the player.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by game, event, and player account status.
• All casino games on 1xbed use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are independently verified.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed.
• 1xbed reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of betting.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned to your account balance within 24 hours.

Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for all games are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical average. Individual session results will vary. RTP figures do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual player or session.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xbed. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
